Our client "TopTeam Services Hong Kong Limited" is seeking a Foreman (物業維修) to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Assist Technical Department in planning, supervising and coordinating the routine maintenance and repairs work
• Maintain the electrical installation system, air-conditioning plant and plumbing/drainage system performs normally
• Assist in supervising other contractors’ work
• Well coordinate and assign technician to handle repairs work 
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Who are they looking for?

• Diploma or above, preferably in Building Services or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management field  
• Holder of Grade A or above Registered Electrical Worker Certificate 
• Proficiency in MS office
