Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support to VIPs, Traders, and Analysts during BAU operations, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Offer suggestions and solutions to business challenges from an IT perspective, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the infrastructure, including servers, network patching, IP Phones, voice recording system, Turrets, Computers, Video Conference system, and corporate mobile phones.
  • Oversee desktop and server operations both within the office and for users working from home, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Handle user administration tasks, including setting up and maintaining accounts, granting appropriate access privileges, and ensuring data security.
  • Analyze and resolve IT faults, ranging from major system crashes to forgotten passwords, in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of related IT support experience, with a strong focus on providing support to VIPs, Traders, and Analysts in a fast-paced environment will be considered as Senior IT Support.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of IT faults.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
