They are expanding and are setting up a small team for supervising their internal projects

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management include cash-flow, progress monitoring, contractual issues
• Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of internal projects
• Lead a team on preparing and monitoring method statements and tendering works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, building/ Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines;
• Corporate member of the HKIE (Civil discipline) is an advantage, not a must
• 12 years experience in construction contracts
• Solid experience in progress monitoring and site supervision
• NEC contract experience
• A good team player with high level of passion and energy would be preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
