Position : Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive 

Marketing Team : Retention, Devices, Data & Roaming (3 openings) 

Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience) 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis, Communications, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least 2 yrs relevant experience in telecom, banking, insurance & FMCG products
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, HTML and website analytics tools will be necessary for your day-to-day task
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Ms PowerPoint will be also be beneficial
• Candidate with more experience also be considered as Senior Marketing Executive 

Responsibilities for the position of Retention Team

• Ensuring the engagement and retention of their valued customers
• Enhancing their brand presence and achieving the business goals
• Strategic planning and executive 
• Responsible for developing and execution marketing strategies that are tailored to their in-base customers
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, MarCom, and product development, will be essential in implementing these strategies effectively
• Design and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
• Working closely with China Telesales team, drive inbase conversion to align with their business objectives
• Media Management, Crafting compelling content for various channels such as eDM, MMS, online platforms, and omni-channel marketing will be one of their key tasks
• Review campaign results effectively to gauge their success and make necessary adjustments
• Data-Driven Insights, Analyzing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) will provide you with valuable insights
• Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Marketing Research and Intelligence, Conducting research to identify inbase customer preferences will help you tailor marketing strategies effectively 
• Evaluating competitor presence and activities both offline and online will provide important market intelligence 

Responsibilities for the position of Devices, Data & Roaming team 

• Identify segment needs and develop and enhance the products & services
• Assist launch marketing program to drive the product and service subscription
• Rollout of acquisition offer and promotion campaign
• Monitor and data research for market insight
• Work closely with various parties to monitor & evaluate the program performance
• Support for ad hoc assignment sand projects
