Our client is a professional services company with a global footprint around the world.  As a result of a business expansion plan, an opportunity has arisen for a payroll professional to support their daily operations. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage clients’ payroll calculations, including but not limited to salary, pension, commission, and year-end bonus
• Compile monthly payroll & MPF reports and employer’s tax compliance
• Develop end-to-end payroll processing and gain great exposure in several industries, such as banking and financial institution, MNC and retail
• On-going review and formulation of HR policies & procedures.
• Attend to client enquiries and provide professional service and advice to clients
• Participate actively in HR related ad hoc projects

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Studies or other related disciplines
• Has relevant experience in payroll calculation would be an advantage
• Knowledgeable of Hong Kong payroll, HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and relevant taxation legislations
• Action-orientated, detail-minded and organized
• Excellent team player and adaptive to change
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Executive grade
