As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented System Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for application tier-1 support
• Responsible for maintaining issue tracking system, escalation to tier-2 vendor support when applicable 
• Assist / support network infrastructure setup and administration of remote offices 
• Provide support in application testing and UAT
• Maintain application systems manuals and documentations
• Provide on-site setup and support for sales activities 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of working experience in application and end-user support preferred
• Experiences in mobile application support is an advantage
• Knowledge / certifications of Microsoft related discipline is an advantage
• Knowledge / certifications of networking is an advantage
• Willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated
• Proactive, capable to work independently, a team player with confidence
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
