Responsibilities:
Handle customers enquires via live chat, email and telephone.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service related role, working experience in financial industry is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and fluent speaker in Thai language or Vietnamese is a must; strong words processing skills.
Customer service orientation, strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and highly reliable.
Open to fresh graduates.
