Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative content strategies specifically tailored for each platform. This could include short-form videos, livestreams, influencer collaborations, user-generated content campaigns, and more.
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers on Xiaohongshu and Douyin.
- Create high-quality and engaging content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with the target audience.
- Conduct research on Xiaohongshu and Douyin trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics (impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions).
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Requirement
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on Xiaohongshu and Douyin.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Chinese social media landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese.
- Highly creative and results-oriented with a passion for storytelling.
- Independent worker with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
