To accelerate business growth, they are looking for a high-calibre - You to join their cohesive community!  In this role, you will work with experienced crews in their Collection dept, report to the VP. You will be a good fit: 

What you’ll be doing?

• Manage and coordinate the team's daily work, lead the team to achieve performance goals, and be responsible for the department's performance
• Evaluate the execution of collection work through effective management practices, regularly audit the progress of team members' work, and make timely adjustments to collection strategies and timelines
• Utilize different collection performance management approaches for collectors with different personalities and performance levels, maintaining high efficiency and competitiveness within the team
• Monitor Collection agency performance
• Achieve annual collection targets and be responsible for collection rates

Who are they looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Financial / Payment / Debtors company
• Experience in managing collection projects for credit loans or offline loans 
• Familiar with relevant laws related to collection business
• Good negotiation and communication skills and agile thinking
• Honest, trustworthy, strong sense of responsibility, and a team player with high work enthusiasm
• Possess good professional ethics and risk awareness, and strong goal orientation
