Responsibilities

• Manage communications channels, including official website(s), social media accounts, marketing email accounts, newsletters, email marketing, etc. 
• Coordinate fee earners and external vendors to create written, graphic, and video content, including proofreading and improving content when required 
• Support the development and publication of business proposals, capability statements, CVs, directories and award submissions
• Plan, organize and execute marketing events, webinars and conferences hosted or sponsored by the firm
• Analyse and prepare tracking reports on marketing campaigns and other events  
• Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and other vendors ensuring compliance
• Other ad-hoc marketing related tasks

Requirements

• Proactive and well-organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively 
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing, event management and/or business development experience
• Experience in the professional services sector, ideally the legal sector, is an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good computer skills and well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Analytics and other online marketing tools
