Our client "Cathay Subsidiary Services" is seeking an Assistant Business Improvement Manager to join their team in Hong Kong!
 

What you’ll be doing?

• To work closely with the Business Improvement Manager to develop plans to drive and foster the continuous improvement practice/ behaviour throughout the organization.
• To conduct operating process diagnosis using various research and analytical tools including staff interviews, workshops, process/ value stream mapping.
• To engage cross-functional employees in the delivery of improvement projects to drive for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
• To facilitate multiple projects in order to achieve committed savings and reflected in the future business provision.
• To build an improvement culture and implement a continuous improvement mindset in processes and people in the organization.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Who are they looking for?

• University graduate / tertiary education
• Minimum 4 years in relevant project management experience
• Solid track record in business process analysis and continuous improvement
• Analytical, proactive and independent with sound communication skills
• Qualification in Lean Six Sigma and PMP are highly desirable
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
