Job Description
Our client "HMN International Smart Co., Limited" is seeking a ICT Solution Sales Manager to join their team in Hong Kong!
What you’ll be doing?
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with government and corporate customers.
- Responsible for customer demand analysis, sales opportunity tracking, and transfer into customer order.
- Lead the team to complete project bidding, including response to bid documents and organization and coordination of bidding resources
- Responsible for negotiating customer contracts, completing contract review and signing, and reviewing internal business processes.
- Undertake sales KPI indicators, such as orders, income, payment collection and other sales indicators.
Who are they looking for?
- Hong Kong permanent resident with experience in large ICT projects. Able to use English and Cantonese as working languages & good at Mandarin.
- Have a strong sense of market development; strong ability to withstand pressure and be willing to meet challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal understanding, communication and organizational coordination skills.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Have strong team awareness.
