Responsibilities: 

• Provide daily software/hardware/helpdesk support services to end-users
• Responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting on IT systems, video conference system and network infrastructure
• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by senior management

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Holder of MCP/MCITP/CCNA is preferred
• Practical skills on PC setup and trouble-shooting
• Hands-on experience on Windows servers & network administration
• Experience on video conferencing / smartphones setup is preferred
• Independent, hardworking and self-motivated
• Good communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
