Job Description

Our client "K11 Concepts Limited" is seeking an Established Projects: Assistant Manager, Technical to join their team in Hong Kong!
 


What you’ll be doing?

 

  • Lead operation, repair and maintenance of building fabric, structure, architectural details and facilities by setting up internal practices that is best in industry
  • Manage taking over of new building fabric, structure, architectural details and facilities after conducting satisfactory inspections
  • Conduct effective fault diagnosis and prompt rectification of located faults and issues, especially water leakages
  • Periodically review and recommend innovative environmental and sustainability measures or improvement projects for the purpose of enhanced & more effective operation
  • Supervise a team of technical officers, technicians and out-sourced contractors, to carry out scheduled and ad-hoc repair & maintenance works for building fabric, structure, architectural details and facilities in an efficient, reliable and safe manner, ensuring that the required quality standards & statutory requirements are all met
  • Manage annual budgets and closely monitor rolling expenditure periodically
  • Supervise tenancy takeover/handover and fit-out works and reply tenancy queries
  • Handle procurement, manage out-sourced contracts and various improvement projects

 


Who are they looking for?
 

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
  • At least 7-year post-qualification experience in operation, repair and maintenance of building fabric, structure, architectural details and facilities of commercial properties, 3 of which is at supervisory roles. Exposure in taking over of new buildings is an advantage
  • Conversant with all relevant local codes and industry’s best practices
  • Experience in setting up and leading OHS management/audits is an advantage
  • With good organizing and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure independently within tight timelines
  • Proactive, possesses multi-tasking capability and be able to work with people at all levels
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
