Responsibilities:

• Introduce company services to clients (no sales required)
• Receive and organize client documents
• Conduct face-to-face or online meetings with clients to guide through implementation details
• Assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher
• Four years or more of work experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in banking, hospitality, or accounting
• Must have proficient reading and writing skills in Chinese and communication skills in Cantonese
• Candidates with fluent Mandarin or English communication skills will be given priority
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, with a sense of responsibility, personable, and a friendly attitude preferred
• Recent photograph required

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, no overtime required
