Qualifications & experience

  • College degree or above, fluent in English is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant working experience is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for arranging and coordinating company leaders' schedules, including meeting arrangements, itineraries, etc.
  • Responsible for receiving visiting customers, answering phone calls, and screening and relaying information.
  • Organise, collate and file documents and information to ensure the security and integrity of documents.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports and presentations.
  • Assist in general administrative affairs, such as procurement of office supplies, courier mail handling, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the leader.
