Qualifications & experience
- College degree or above, fluent in English is preferred.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Relevant working experience is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating company leaders' schedules, including meeting arrangements, itineraries, etc.
- Responsible for receiving visiting customers, answering phone calls, and screening and relaying information.
- Organise, collate and file documents and information to ensure the security and integrity of documents.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports and presentations.
- Assist in general administrative affairs, such as procurement of office supplies, courier mail handling, etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the leader.
