Reporting to Training and Development Manager, the incumbent will be offered exposure in various retail operations functions by providing training support.  Together with the team, we aim in driving good business results in Hong Kong and Macau markets.

What you do

• Assist in preparing training materials and presentation;
• Work with retail operation teams and internal stakeholders for coordinating retail training programs;
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Who you are

• Degree holder in any discipline;
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in retail or other relevant industry;
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded, sensitive in figures and strong data analysis skills;
• A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment;
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
• Fresh graduate will be considered
