Responsibilities:

• Lead Hong Kong Marketing Team to formulate effective marketing and sales strategy
• Translate company corporate mission into actionable marketing tactics
• Responsible for P&L of product range in Hong Kong
• Working closely with B2B and B2C sales team to develop promotion campaign to drive sales
• Develop product and channel strategy to maximize business return
• Uplift company corporate image
• Manage company’s brand inventory and rejuvenate brand image with effective use of social media and other channels promotion
• Conduct market research to identify market opportunity and take lead in new product development
• Manage inventory to maintain at optimum level
• Arrange trade show event
• Manage relationship with product principal
• Monitor marketing fund 
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing or business related field
• At least 10 years proven track record in marketing and sales with product portfolio management. Experience in Food & Beverage industry an added advantage
• Experience in team management is a must
• Experience in event management and digital platform is a plus
• Strong in interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation
• Creative, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Able to work independently and to work under pressure
• True team player with a strong sense of initiative and a “can do" attitude
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
