Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and review daily operation and accounting activities
• Assist in developing and setting company policies
• Monitor Group's accounting control, schedules, month-end closing and financial statements
• Prepare or supervise all financial analysis (budget forecast, corporate contract pricing P&L, cost centre P&L, etc.)
• Set up internal control system to protect company assets (e.g. fixed asset register, inventory control, payment approval procedures, etc.)
• Responsible for financial activities such as cash flow management, tax and banking facilities
• Liaise with external parties, auditors, bankers, company secretary and solicitors to ensure all documents are prepared appropriately and legally compliance
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent (major in Accounting, Finance Management or related disciplines)
• Solid 8 years' proven experience in Accounting or Finance, minimum 5 years in managerial role in multinational or sizeable companies, catering, retail industry or consumer business is highly preferred
• Experience in handling full set of accounts and consolidation of group companies is a MUST
• Excellence in accounting software, application, financial modelling
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate high degree of integrity and professionalism
• Strong business acumen, self-motivated, good team player
• Meticulous, independent, multi-tasking ability, meet tight schedule and deadline
• Good in spoken and written English is a MUST
• Literacy in PC skills, MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Immediately available is an advantage
