- Handle daily clerical duties and daily orders
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist in any related added responsibilities assigned by Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (DSE)
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Working experience in sales, marketing, customer service would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Chinese word processing)
- Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin speaking would be advantageous
- Must be organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and over time when necessary
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Normal working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon to Fri), 9:00 am to 1:00pm (Sat)
- Alternate Saturday-off
- Medical plan after probation period (outpatient, dental, hospitalisation benefits)

工作職責:
- 處理日常文書工作及銷售柯打安排
- 回應客戶的諮詢及投訴
- 協助銷售經理處理工作及根據銷售經理的指示
要求:
- 香港中學會考 / 中學文憑考試程度學歷
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
- 具銷售,市場營銷,客戶服務工作經驗優先
- 優秀的人際交往,溝通和表達能力
- 良好的電腦知識 (MS Office,中文輸入法)
- 良好英語及粵語, 略懂普通話更佳
- 必須是有條理,肯學習,並能在壓力下工作及應付超時工作的需要
工作時間及福利:
- 每週工作5.5日,星期一至五每日由上午九時至下午六時,星期六由上午九時至下午一時
- 星期六長短週工作
- 試用期後可享員工醫療福利 (包括門診 + 牙科 + 住院)
