Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Office and the related Committees
- Arrange Committee meetings and assist the Director in preparing meeting agendas and papers
- Serve as the officer-in-charge in managing the central filing system of the Finance Office
- Assist the Director in handling the staff matters of the Finance Office
- Provide administrative support in the management of the University's medical and dental plans
- Coordinate with the relevant parties to prepare draft replies for the correspondence (internal and external) of the Finance Office
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A recognized Degree with relevant working experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
