Qualifications & experience

• Preferably DSE / Diploma with 1-year of customer service experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Customer-oriented mindset, cheerful, self-motivated and outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Able to work on Saturday & Sunday and ad hoc rostering
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
• Work Location: Kowloon Bay / Shatin / Wanchai

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in a professional manner
• Handle walk-in / phone call enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Provide beverage and refreshment service to customers
• Perform showroom operations & administrative duties
• Support customer events, pop-up stores in various locations when required
• Maintain showroom's cleanliness & neatness
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigne
