Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial service to Marketing Director
- Provide administrative support to Marketing department
- Support implementation of the marketing activities
- Perform administrative duties through cooperation with internal and external parties in daily operations
- Ad-hoc duties will also be assigned
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above in business or marketing
- 1 years relevant working experience in administration / secretarial work
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese typing
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Well organized, attentive to details with pleasant personality
- Capable of working independently and under pressure
- Fresh graduate will be considered, relevant working experience in administration / secretarial work will be an advantage
