Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor test plans, project schedules and report issuance
- Monitor the accuracy of test results
- Ensure test results and reports adhere to client schedules and expectations
- Maintain all documentations are appropriately for each project
- Communicate with clients and follow up clients’ enquiries and requisitions
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements/Qualifications
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in any discipline, preferable in construction management or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or customer service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team players and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience in Electronic Document Management System e.g. ACONEX would be an asset
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
- Immediate available is highly preferred
