Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers for all business activities, orders and delivery issues
• Is a Key Player to link up new product development to mass production
• Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests are fully adapted
• Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc.
• Track and monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery
• Consolidate and update reports from internal and external parties
• Prepare sales reviews and analysis
• Follow up payment from customer in timely manner
• Handle all ad-hoc projects assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• F.7 graduate or above
• 5 years or above experience in watch industry is preferred
• Experience in using SAP or MRP/ERP program is preferred
• Good communication skill, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work independently are preferred
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and pressure
• Willing to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Occasionally travel to China factory is needed
