Responsibilities

• Handle the enquiry from cargo agent or customer;
• Provide the updated flight schedule and allotment to cargo sales agents;
• Manage and consolidate cargo bookings from customers;
• Optimize the flight capacity and ensure cargo loading factors;
• Manage the ad-hoc cargo request from direct cargo sales agents;
• Maintain relationship with customers, collect cargo market information and report to the supervisor on time;
• Monitor flight performance, provide sales analysis report to the supervisor regularly. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent;
• At least 1 years of airline reservation working experience;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
• A candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Supervisor, Space Control.
