We are looking for an Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join our Guest Experience team.

• Contribute to a smooth and efficient operations of the Guest Experience team by establishing, planning, co-ordinating and managing operations of the residences
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.
• Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

• Experience:  A minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Experience Supervisor.
• Education: Post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional qualification in hotel/surveying/housing management is required.
• Skills: Excellent computer knowledge. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people orientated. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage.
• Personality: Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality.
• Extra Awesome: Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment from everyday being different.
