Our client "CCCC International Holding Limited" is seeking a Treasury Officer to join their team in Hong Kong!
 

CCCI International Holding Limited is the offshore investment arm of China Communications Construction Company Limited (“CCCC”), a Fortune 500 company and a leading engineering and construction group globally.  CCCC is dually listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1800.HK) and Shanghai Stock Exchange (601800.CH), with an annual turnover over US$68 billion. Our Company is responsible for investing, developing and growing CCCC’s overseas portfolio – a key transaction is the acquisition of John Holland Group Pty Ltd (“John Holland”) in 2015, which has now developed as one of Australia’s leading construction and infrastructure services groups, with footprints in the infrastructure, building and property development sectors across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. 
 

What you’ll be doing?
 

• Report to CFO and General Manager of Finance Department; 
• Manage treasury functions of the company and oversee treasury activities of its foreign subsidiaries: 
• Prepare and consolidate regular treasury reports and analysis to facilitate management’s decision-making; 
• Maintain and supervise FIS Integrity treasury management system, leading system function enhancement and issue resolution; 
• Manage corporate funding, cash flow projection, bank accounts, intercompany loans, foreign exchange and financial assets, etc; prepare relevant financial analysis and market updates; 
• Maintain good relationships with multiple financial institutions, assist in corporate financing projects (syndication loans, bilateral facilities and project finance); conduct loan administration and monitoring; 
• Liaise with internal stakeholders from Beijing Headquarter and foreign subsidiaries to implement group treasury policies and fulfill internal treasury reporting requirements; 
• Handle other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned. 

Who are they looking for?
 

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent; working knowledge of accounting and treasury management; 
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance-related work experience with treasury focused experience, preferably in sizeable company / Chinese state-owned enterprise / Financial institution;  
• Hands-on experience in treasury management systems, cash pooling and bond offerings is strongly preferred. 
• Professional accounting qualification is preferred;  
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese; 
• Detail oriented, able to deliver accurate and high-quality works independently; 
• Good team player and able to meet deadlines under pressure;  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; 
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word, and Treasury Management System;  
• Full time working required, sometime overtime is necessary; 
• Immediate availability is preferred
