Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition goals.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Utilize email marketing software to design, send, and track campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Acquire and manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Create targeted customer segments for effective campaign targeting.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Commerce with a Major in Marketing.
• At least 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role with experience in the hospitality and/ or travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Experience in email marketing, including planning, execution, and analysis.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in database acquisition and management is highly desirable.
• Detail-minded, organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Chinese word processing skill is advantageous.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Officer.
