JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop corporate hiring business under all Inchcape Car Brands
• Coordinate and explore corporate clients in expanding current fleet size
• Handle clients’ enquiries, quotation, lease agreement
• Work closely with AFS to schedule regular maintenance and annual vehicle checks
• Provide administrative support to the team and work with other departments
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration/Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience, with sales or customer service experience is highly preferred
• Outgoing and presentable with strong communication skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands-on skills in PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Holder of Valid driving license No. 1 & 2
