We need a smart and detailed-oriented Assistant / Shipping Clerk like you to join us - an Asia Pacific's Precious Metals Leader!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customs Declarations:  Handle import and export customs declarations.
• Shipping Documents: Handle full set of shipping documents including but not limited to invoicing, creating the shipping invoice, labels, data entry and filing.
• Warehouse Support & Coordination: Provide warehouse clerical supports, periodic stock-take and any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Your education is important.  Your experience is important.  But they are not as important as your talent! 

If you are:

• Form 5 or above with min. 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience in using Customs Software (e.g. trade-link, BRIO) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of application software, such as MS Word, Excel
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and attention to details
• Physical Work is required.
