Your Role:

• Assist eCommerce Operations Manager in managing daily eCommerce operations, logistics and warehouse related matters;
• Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient, accurate and timely order fulfillment & delivery to customers;
• Control inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure adequate levels to meet customer demand;
• Identify and set up guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for continuous improvement in efficiency;
• Assist in coordinating logistics for project implementation, including procurement, inventory management and distribution;
• Provide comprehensive training and communication with Operations staff, ensuring their adherence to safety standard and standard operating procedures or guidelines;
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

To succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines;
• At least 1 year experience in operations and with Retail, FMCG or eCommerce exposure is definitely an advantage;
• Analytical, detail-minded and independent
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduate is highly welcome
