Responsibilities 

• Identify, evaluate and implement energy saving projects.
• Manage overall project delivery including scope, time, risk, quality & budget management.
• Develop the scope of work, technical specification, implementation plan, ROI of energy saving projects of our partners.
• Manage overall site survey, investigation and coordination works to identify the problems and provide solution.
• Collaborate and monitor contractors to ensure project running within timeline and budget.
• Manage the carry out of T&C, M&V for projects.
• Develop and deliver the no/low cost initiatives to stores such as behavior change, process change, retro-commissioning works.
• Communicate the impact and program timeline to all stakeholders and prepare project reports.
• Create and deliver presentations to senior management and progress trackers.
• Establish clear scope with suppliers & monitor the delivery of scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related discipline, Building Services, Energy, or related engineering field is required.
• At least 6 years’ experience managing projects in engineering is required. 
• Experienced in retrofitting of E & M, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning or Energy saving project is preferred.
• In depth knowledge of BMS, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical Power System is preferred.
• Proficient in MS office and related project management tools.
• Knowledge in M&V and Capital budgeting, such as IRR is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
• Strong in leadership with good business acumen.
• Energetic & highly motivated.
• Team orientated, support, value and respect team members and partners.
• Work in partnership, listen to our partners and exceed expectations.
• Continually seek to drive innovative solutions.
• Can do attitude, committed and deliver with pride.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager.
