Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all financial data, ensuring accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
2. Track and monitor inventory levels, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management procedures.
3. Assist in creating and implementing the warehouse's financial budget, and track and analyze performance against this budget.
4. Perform administrative functions such as maintaining office supplies and coordinating mail to ensure efficient operations.
5. Hire, train, and manage administrative staff, handling tasks such as scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.
6. Ensure all business and employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely.
7. Communicate effectively with external auditors, manage audit processes, and provide updates on financial status to upper management. 

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B or warehousing sector.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting processes.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in using ERP system, Inventory Management System and MS Office.
6. Immediately available is preferred.
