Responsibilities

• To lead the project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination to ensure smooth implementation for projects
• Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress
• Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site
• Handle necessary documentation with both internal and external parties to facilitate project execution
• Strong problem-solving, project planning/ management skills
• Self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded

 Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Building Studies or equivalent subjects
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site management / fitting out projects
• Proficiency in CAD, MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Chinese Word processing are an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good communication and site management skills 
• Responsible, polite, good communication, leadership skills and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
