Job Responsibilities:

Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Department Head:
1. Responsible for daily restaurant operations including staff 2. deployment, budget control, and supply chain management.
3. Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints and issues.
4. Coordinate team cooperation, develop and execute restaurant marketing and promotion strategies to enhance performance and brand image.
Receptionist:
1. Greet and seat customers, provide menus, and answer menu-related questions.
2. Take customer orders, coordinate service staff to ensure customer dining experience.
3. Handle customer payments, issue invoices, and clean tables to maintain restaurant cleanliness.
 

Requirements:

Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Department Head:
1. Relevant experience in restaurant management with excellent team management and leadership skills.
2. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle various incidents and issues.
3. Deep understanding of the catering industry, able to develop effective business strategies and marketing plans.
Receptionist:
4. Prior experience in restaurant reception preferred.
Friendly and enthusiastic with good service awareness and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented, able to handle high-intensity work environments and customer traffic.
