The Company

Our client is a sizable MNC asset manager and is urgently looking for an admin manager to join the company. This is a 1-year contract to perm role.



The Role

• Manage overall office administration, including:
• Oversee all office supplies, including office equipment, groceries and appliances and responsible for purchasing and monitoring stock level
• Liaise with facilities management office for office maintenance
• Renew licenses and manage vendor services for the office
• Coordinate company-wide events
• Assist with Receptionist duties when needed
• Assist with colleagues' travel arrangements when required
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Ensure proper version control and document security.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.

Your Profile

• Holder of Higher Diploma; Bachelor Degree holders will have an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative working experience in sizeable or multinational companies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with strong sense of responsibilities
• Independent self-starter of your performance
• Good command of verbal and written English
