Job Descriptions:

• Provide support in compensation & benefit section including but not limited to MPF, taxation, visa application, medical insurance, performance management, administration, etc.;
• Handling and monitoring large amount of attendance records;
• Assist to organize and co-ordinate staff relations and communication activities; and
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration; 

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years solid experience in human resources field, preferable in sizeable company and retailing industry;
• Experience in using SAP is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel(Vlookup function), Word Processing (mail merge), PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Conversant with Employment Ordinance and other related Labour Ordinances;
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, a good team player, positive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure; and
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
• With less experience will be considered as junior position.
