A multinational property investment group in Causeway Bay wants to recruit a person with the following duties / qualifications / experience:-

Responsibilities:

• Preparing consolidated financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, including analysis on performance, profitability, and revenue margin
• Handling accounting and finance operations of the company;
• Monitor and ensure the compliance with all related statutory requirements and internal control procedures;
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures;
• Liaise with external / internal parties on audit, taxation and other accounting and financial matters;
• Support ad-hoc assignments / projects as requested.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent;
• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline;
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting. Prefer in both audit and PRC/ HK real estate industry
• Tax experience is a definite advantage;
• Good leadership and communication skill, ability to multi-task working, well organized, strong research and analysis skill
• Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure;
• Willing to travel;
• Immediately available would be a great advantage.
