主要職務：

• 提供客戶服務支援
• 回覆網上客戶查詢，詳細解釋如何使用我們的服務及解答關於貨件的問題
• 聆聽及處理客戶意見，作日後改善服務質素之用
• 處理自提點收件及取件(如需要)

職位要求：

• 具良好及清晰對答技巧
• 熟悉電腦操作，Microsoft Office及中、英文打字
• 中學程度或以上
• 懂英文及國語
• 熟悉及喜愛網上購物將獲優先考慮

工作時間：09:00-18:00，每週工作五天，輪休

工作地點：葵芳
