Our client "White Owl Group Ltd" is seeking a Procurement Officer to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Identify potential suppliers to source new products to enhance the product portfolio
• Assist in day-to-day procurement operations
• Prepare and follow up on purchasing orders, shipment and delivery arrangement
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track of and monitor stock level
• Handle shipment, purchase food ingredients from suppliers
• Explore reliable suppliers, new business initiatives, negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive price and terms
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the existing procurement operation, sourcing and negotiation strategies to support their business needs

Who are they looking for?

• Degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of F & B Procurement experience / 3PL operation experience
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills
• Good team player, self-motivated, and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with SAP system (Preferred), MS Office application, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
