Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving remittances and costs request by agencies (our overseas companies), guiding agencies to close any discrepancy
• Maintaining the completeness and accuracy of data in our tariff system
• Updating and maintaining shipping costs in the system and provide quarterly refresh of shipping costs
• Performing monthly checking of SOX to identify the risks and provide recommendation to countries
• Monitoring and streamlining in company’s cost saving strategy

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor degree major in Accounting / Finance / Business or other related subjects
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
• 1-2 years accounting experience in shipping industry is highly preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Strong teamwork spirit, positive, diligent and self-motivated with “Can Do” attitude
