Our client "Tradelink Electronic Commerce Ltd" is seeking a Business Analyst (Supply Chain Solutions) to join their team in Hong Kong!
 
What you’ll be doing?

Reporting to the Manager (Supply Chain Solution Department), this position is to achieve business objectives. Participating in a dynamic winning team, the Business Analyst works with various stakeholders to create business opportunities, and to launch them successfully with excellent customer relationship management.

 
Duties and Responsibilities include:
 

• Reporting to the aligned managers with goals and objectives assigned
• Customer relationship management to establish profound and sensible business alignment for opportunities development
• Leadership to analyze and work with customers on designing business solutions
• Preparing various document but not limited to cover the customer requirements,  specifications, process flow etc., so that the business opportunities can be completed in time
• Preparing various system tests planning, and training for the users and UAT
• Preparing the training material and sessions, and user manuals
• Conduct reviews with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for the subsequently implemented services

Who are they looking for?

• A university degree or tertiary diploma in various disciplines
• Exposures and Experience in the high-tech, information technology, supply chain or E-Commerce will be preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A candid, self-motivated person with sense of responsibility & accountability
• Experience in the XML, data analysis and business intelligence are advantages
• The opening can be adjusted for the candidate’s qualification
