Our client is a sizable Insurance MNC and is urgently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the company. The ideal candidate will start immediately.

The Role

• Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and account maintenance. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Policy Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about various life insurance policies, including coverage options, premium payments, policy terms, and benefits. Help customers understand the terms and conditions of their policies.
• Problem Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues and proactively work towards resolving them. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters or claims processors, to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution. Keep customers informed about the progress of their inquiries or concerns.
• Customer Education: Explain complex policy terms and conditions in a clear and concise manner. Educate customers about the benefits and coverage options of life insurance policies, helping them make informed decisions.
• Perform ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

• Associate Degree or above in finance
• IIQE Paper 1 & 2 holder is highly preferred
• Proven experience in customer service and hotline experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available/ short notice period is highly preferred
