Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks and logistical support.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets.
• Assist in coordinating pet transportation logistics, including liaising with airlines, veterinary services, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience (preferred minimum 2 year) in customer service, administration, or related roles. New graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• A genuine love for pets and a dedication to their well-being.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
