Job Description

The Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA) is an independent, non-profit membership organisation which carries out research, advocacy, and education on corporate governance in 12 major markets in the Asia-Pacific region. We have an influential membership base of more than 100 blue-chip companies, including global investment institutions, listed and unlisted companies, financial intermediaries, professional firms and educational bodies based in Asia and around the world. We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as an Executive and Administration Assistant. This role is full-time and based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage Secretary General's calendar and organise itineraries/meetings for international business trips.
  • Handle travel planning for other team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the ACGA operations team. 
  • Maintain front-end and back-end of ACGA Website on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management database (Zoho CRM) on a daily basis.
  • Provide support on event and membership marketing initiatives.
  • Provide support for ACGA Annual Conference.
  • Cover for Office and Event Manager when she is on leave.

Key professional and personal requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an executive assistant with business administration/events/marketing support function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese required. An ability in Mandarin an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail.
  • Being an independent, self-motivated person with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A willingness to take initiative and show leadership on projects.
  • An ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • A degree of flexibility around working hours during busy periods.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. An ability in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Zoom and Zoho CRM an advantage.
