Job Description/Role: Key Account Executive
We are looking for a passionate Key Account Executive, who is eager to grow in the cosmetics manufacturing industry. This role will be high demanding as we are dealing with the biggest foreign beauty brands and will require role to follow up closely to client’s request and factory coordination. This role will be shadowing in assisting senior sales executive team and reporting directly to our Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with local and overseas customers and buyers independently on daily business
- Customer meeting preparation job & prepare meeting recap
- Analysis customer buying habit, market preference and target price point during the development stage
- Brief customer new formulation development, host NPI & issue sample order to China teams, list out all details and follow up with the timeline
- Coordinate with China Sampling team on customer sample order request
- Sale need to check PQSR, Quote and BOM are cosistent
- Issue "design job request form to Product Design and Technical team for customer INCI/label artwork
- Manage correct final samples for customer approval before purchasing
- Arrange testing samples for Technical team, monitor progress, and timeline
- Approval & sign back the correct materials to the Purchase dept.
- Issu Quotation, Seal form, Proforma Invoice, SOM, Purchase Order to Sales Manager for approval
- QC inspection booking and manage test report ready on time
- Monitor order shipment, production statue, coordinate with shipping on vessel date with PMC and PUR
- Ensure customer payment settle on time
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder discipline is mostly preferred
- At least 2 years working experience servicing Key Accounts & Merchandizing
- Familiar with manufacturing background is a plus.
- Passionate about beauty products within the US and European market
- Good understanding and knowledgeable experience on export marketing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
- Self-motivated, well organized and independent
- Self-sufficient learning and willing to grow in a short time
