Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the China e-commerce team to boost marketing exposure and drive online revenue through multiple channels
- Formulate and implement the overall e-commerce and marketing strategy to achieve the business objectives and meet the sales target
- Plan and budget for appropriate online marketing strategies to boost revenue for all different channels
- Explore and identify new business opportunities, online platform and marketing channels (e.g. 天貓, 小紅書, 考拉, etc.) to expand the market share and revenue
- Manage sales and marketing operations, including but not limited to product offering, price strategy, online campaigns and content management
- Analyze data traffic, marketing campaigns and market data to optimize the customer experience and propose insightful ideas
- Work closely with internal teams for project implementation and online campaigns
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, exposure of China market is highly preferred
- Existing client base is an advantage
- Business proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure with tight schedule
- Willing to travel to China
