What you’ll be doing?

• Support the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating the activities of the Logistics, Warehouse, and Administrative teams
• Act as a second-in-command, supporting the Operations Manager as needed and taking on responsibilities in their absence
• Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Manage and execute projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Collaborate with other departmental teams to ensure smooth integration of operations and facilitate problem resolution
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to help align operational goals with financial planning
• Train and mentor staff to foster a productive work environment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the storage or logistics industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Immediately available is preferred
