Development Lead

Institute for City Transformation is on a quest to find an extraordinary individual who is passionate about pioneering innovative church expressions, establishing dynamic church networks, and guiding city- wide faith projects within Hong Kong's diverse Christian community. This role is tailored for a person who is not only enthused by these challenges but is also eager to enact meaningful change in the spiritual life of our city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Innovate: Elevate our Institute by championing initiatives such as Fresh Expressions of Church (FxC) and nurturing robust church planting networks. You will be instrumental in driving lasting transformations in our urban faith landscape.
• Build Relationships: Form strategic connections with a wide range of church communities, leaders, and faith organizations. Your eKorts will be pivotal in forging partnerships that bolster our mission's success and expansion.
• Organize Events: Execute a variety of impactful events, from workshops to conferences, designed to unite individuals and propagate our vision. Your role will be to create memorable events that inspire and activate our community.
• Communicate with Impact: Craft and disseminate our Institute's narratives with potency and passion. You will be the voice that relays our vision through various marketing channels, reaching and resonating with our local community and the wider Chinese-speaking Christian audience.

Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor's degree is essential; theological studies or related training is highly valued
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required for effective communication.
• Good with technology, including a strong grasp of marketing strategies, social media platforms, and the basics of video production.
• A collaborative spirit is key, along with an open mind, a proactive approach
• A fast learner with adaptability, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience a clear plus.

What We offer:

• Flexible Engagement: Options for full-time or part-time involvement, with part-time roles requiring a minimum of 3 days per week.
